To participate in pools and games, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
2. Providing truthful and up-to-date information
3. All activities carried out on your account
4. Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Understanding the capacity of each user level described on the homepage and making payment for an upgrade if you need a higher category

User conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
2. Create multiple accounts to defraud the system
3. Offend, threaten or harass other users
4. Attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data
5. Use bots or automated scripts
6. Alter forms by changing the information submission flow

Pools and games

1. The specific pool rules are defined on the pool rules page
2. The results of Gokopa games are based on simulation by the site creator; there is no possibility to contest results
3. Each season, other championships will be available for creating pools, and games will be updated with real competition results
4. The site provides a service for an administrator to create a pool and invite users, and all mechanics described in the rules
5. The site is not responsible for any type of betting that takes place in the pool; the service sold is software as a service
6. Invitations to new users are the responsibility of the pool administrator, as well as editing names and removing participants
7. Creating or participating in a pool is only accepted before the first game of the competition starts
8. The coins game is experimental and its malfunction cannot be contested to recover account upgrades

Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, logos, images, code) is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of the site. In case of malfunction that severely limits the use of the site, a refund request will be evaluated and made at the discretion of the site administrator. With this message being clear, it is the responsibility of players to place their bets before each game so as not to miss the deadline.

Cancellation and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
